Dustin Long

Dustin Long was raised in a home deeply rooted in faith, prayer, and ministry. These powerful principles his parents modeled were a result of the foundation his home church, the Pentecostals of Alexandria, and their pastors, had laid. Dustin felt a calling to serve in full-time ministry from an early age, and he embraced his calling early on, serving as a youth pastor in Texas and later ministering under Bishop Derald Weber in Lafayette, Louisiana. 

Despite his solid foundation, Dustin eventually stepped away from his calling, making choices driven by the flesh rather than the Spirit. For over a decade, his life unraveled under the weight of those decisions—until God, in His mercy, began to draw him back.

Because of his experiences, Dustin developed a passion for those who had a similar story, which led him to found High Hope Ministries. His burden is to walk alongside those who, at one point, had a genuine love for God but, because of unexpected life challenges, found their faith fractured and had wandered from the one true love they had ever known. He holds a Master’s in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Institute, equipping him to help others who have experienced a fracture in their faith move forward and walk boldly in their purpose.  Dustin is privileged to speak at churches and conferences around the country, sharing his testimony to encourage and equip those like him, as well as their families and all those that love them. 

Leigh Ann Long

Leigh Ann was born and raised at the Pentecostals of Alexandria, deeply grounded in faith, family, and a love for worship. From an early age, she was passionate about music and ministry, a passion that led her to pursue college and music in New Orleans. During that season, she experienced personal trials and a time of searching, but ultimately, God called her back to Alexandria, where she began a renewed and independent walk with Him.

With over 13 years of experience in healthcare, Leigh Ann now focuses on mental health, helping others find healing through a holistic, faith-informed approach. She actively serves at POA, volunteering at major events such as BOTT, Messiah, and the Hope Conference, and has led several women’s life groups. She also shares her heart through outreach and music ministry.

Leigh Ann is passionate about encouraging others through life’s challenges, using her own journey as a testament to God’s redemptive power — believing wholeheartedly that He can restore anything, anyone, anywhere.

Terry Fisher

Terry Fisher is a worship leader, singer-songwriter, and seasoned music minister from Alexandria, Louisiana. With over 20 years of experience, he faithfully serves at The Pentecostals of Alexandria while also traveling internationally with Charity Gayle’s team, sharing the gospel and leading others into powerful moments of worship through music.

Gavin Leverich 

Gavin first encountered Pentecost at age 12, after growing up in quiet Catholic services. The energy and passion of Pentecostal worship opened his eyes to a new, living way of experiencing God.

God began challenging his strong will early on, teaching him the difficult lesson of surrender. Though marked by His presence, he drifted as a teenager into addiction and rebellion. What started as experimentation turned into daily dependence, leading him into a life of selfishness, drug dealing, and ultimately arrests and felony charges. Yet even in his darkest moments, God never let my light fully go out.

After years of trying to fix his life on his own, he finally reached a place of complete emptiness. In that moment, he surrendered fully, telling God that if He would fix him, he would follow Him unconditionally.

Since that day, God has blessed him beyond imagination—giving him a business to support His kingdom, a church family to walk with, and a powerful testimony to share. There is no greater joy than knowing that God never forsakes us and that He holds a purpose uniquely designed for each of our lives.

Chris Maxwell

Chris is a graduate of the LSU Law School and is a career prosecutor with 22 years of experience in the Rapides Parish District Attorney’s Office in Alexandria, LA. Chris is married to Marissa and they have four children, Miles, CAM, Maggie, and Clara. Chris grew up in church with godly and supportive parents. But in his 30s, chris turned his back on church and began an 8 year addiction to alcohol. The addiction only ended after he was arrested and lost his job as a prosecutor in 2016. Since gaining sobriety, Chris also restored his relationship with God. He was rehired as a prosecutor and God has restored his family. He presently leads a Celebrate Recovery group and is the teaching pastor at his local church, Bentley United Pentecostal Church.

Kelsey LeBoeuf

Kelsey was raised in Winnfield, Louisiana, where she attended The Family Church and was brought up in a Pentecostal home. Although she experienced a season away from church following a family split, that time ultimately led her to develop a deeper, stronger personal relationship with God.

During her time at The Family Church, Kelsey served faithfully as a children’s ministry leader and Sign Language Team Director. In 2020, she and her family relocated and began attending POA, where she has continued to grow in her faith and serve in ministry.

Kelsey met her husband, Quade, in 2019, and they were married in 2020. Together, they are raising their two sons, Elliott and Bennett. She currently serves as a leader on the POA Connect Team, leads a small group, and also helps in Wonderland ministry as needed.

Kelsey is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where people can encounter God, find healing, and build meaningful connections as they walk through their recovery journey.

Quade LeBoeuf

Quade was raised in Cameron Parish and moved to CENLA before marrying his wife Kelsey. He was raised by two great parents, but lost his way after an accidental shooting that sent his life in a downward spiral filled with drugs, alcohol, and hard times numbing the pain. Quade encountered God in late 2017 and since then has given his life to serve God and His kingdom growing in God’s infinite knowledge and truth. He and Kelsey have two wonderful boys and are local to CENLA. Quade is passionate about people from all walks of life and sharing that God can change your life if you allow Him. He actively serves alongside his wife on the High Hope Team, leaders of the Connect Team at the POA, and teaching Bible studies.
